We are really excited to be supplying the ZARD Exhaust systems for Hammarhead Industries’ Jack Pine Triumph Scrambler. They utilize our ZARD Triumph Modern Classics Cross Full Exhaust System on their custom Triumph Scramblers. They created their own baffle design to tune the sound to their preference and I think it sounds great! Checkout the video and decide for yourself.

Vyrus obviously makes one of the most incredible motorcycles available today and now they’ve spooned a built 1198 motor into their characteristic hub center steered chassis. Producing 184hp the Vyrus needs a way to expel all that exhaust gas and Vyrus chose an exhaust company that offers supreme style and impeccable design; ZARD. Using their Penta style silencers ZARD created a 2 into 1 into 2 full exhaust specifically for the Vyrus 987 C3 V4 that compliments the lines of the motorcycle perfectly as well as helping to create that 184hp! This is an amazing video that definitely deserves a watch! I saw the new Vyrus in person at EICMA and it really is a thing of beauty. The engineering is superb as well as the finish level. I also must say that these studio photos really show the bike well. I wish companies like Ducati would pay attention and get some nice white background studio shots like these. I don’t want to see dark background poorly lit images of motorcycles from the same angle every time!

At the Verona Fiere in Gennaio today Bimota unveiled their latest creation, a Honda based Moto2 (replacing the 125GP class) race bike. ZARD Exhaust has created a very unique exhaust to match this motorcycle. ZARD supplies Bimota’s OEM motorcycles with exhaust systems as well as offers aftermarket high performance alternatives for the DB5, DB6, DB7 and Tesi 3D so it only makes sense that they were chosen to supply the exhaust systems for Bimota’s world level race effort.

ZARD Exhaust has created an absolutely stunning exhaust system for the Aprilia Dorsoduro. Featuring the ZARD Penta style stainless steel and carbon fiber twin silencers with removable db killers.  Also available is a central pipe kit that eliminates the OEM catalytic converter reducing weight and freeing up some extra power!

The last big unveil from ZARD at EICMA is the ZARD Ducati Streetfighter Full Exhaust System! This exhaust system is simply killer! In person the beauty is even greater than the images show. They had the homologated version on display which retains a catalyst as well as the exhaust valve and O2 sensors. This way the original ECU can be used without any error codes or other issues. The power gain is quite impressive as well with a 10hp gain through most of the mid range and 4 hp on the top end. If the homologated version is seeing this kind of gain think about what the race version with custom tune via Nemesis ECU will be able to do!

This exhaust is available in three configurations as shown below. All three have carbon fiber end caps and two carbon fiber heat shields. This exhaust is expected to be available around January, but we are taking orders now! We aren’t planning on stocking the homologated version, but if there is interest in it we will. Generally in the United States there is not as much of a call for homologated exhausts like there is in the rest of the world. Below are the three versions of the race exhaust we will be stocking.

ZARD Exhaust has just introduced their new Ducati Monster 1100 full exhaust systems at EICMA in Milan, Italy. With the wild success of the Ducati Monster S2R/S4R exhaust systems (the exhaust that really put ZARD on the map) ZARD wanted to make sure they followed up in a big way with their new Monster exhaust.

The result is an artfully made full exhaust system featuring twin Penta style silencers in aluminum (shown) or carbon fiber with stainless steel or optional carbon fiber (shown) end caps. The collectors are available in either stainless steel or titanium (shown). All mounting brackets and hardware are included.

Just last week at EICMA in Milan (Italy) ZARD Exhaust updated their Bimota line of exhausts by debuting their new Bimota DB7 Full Exhaust Systems! ZARD is offering this system in three versions while all include carbon fiber end caps and a carbon fiber heat shield. We will have more information around the release date at the end of this year or the start of 2010.

We are pleased to announce the release of the ZARD Moto Guzzi Stelvio 1200 V4 slip-on exhaust. Available in stainless steel and includes removable db killers. This exhaust weighs in at 7.2 lbs (3.3 kg) a whopping 9.7 lbs (4.4 kg) less than stock! According to the ZARD research and development team engine performance is increased nearly 7hp via the 54mm diameter tubing. To top it all off this exhaust works with the Moto Guzzi luggage as well.

ZARD Exhaust of Italy has just released images of the new Ducati Streetfighter slip-on exhaust system. We have already ordered them and should have them in stock ready to ship 2 weeks after their August break is over. As soon as we get them in we will install a set on our Streetfighter S demo to test on the dyno, make videos, etc…
